WHAT IS THE CRITERIA TO BE CONKLIN PREFERRED? GLAD YOU ASKED!

Crews are required to personally complete extensive training courses. Green Improvements agrees to roof evaluations conducted by Conklin roofing inspectors. And to become a certified installer, the company agrees to get their projects inspected along with Conklin corporate interviewing clients before a Conklin approval for Preferred is given! All crew members must also comply with the Conklin roofing methodology.

Green Improvements is a rapidly growing commercial and industrial building renovation company based in Elkhart, IN. We specialize in waterproofing and restoring existing low slope metal and rubber roofs with various types of fluid applied, bright white seamless systems and single-ply membrane systems. While commercial roofing and gutter replacement and restoration is our specialty, we also have a division of routine maintenance, budgeting, and reporting services.
