OUR PROCESS

Initial Walkthrough

One of our sales personnel sits down with you to really determine your needs, goals, desires, and future plans with the facility, followed with a complete roof inspection (inside & outside) along with core samples etc. in order to reveal/define all applicable options and systems for each specific roof. 

Proposal Preparation

Compile and analyze all the data collected during the roof inspection. 

Draw up prints and graphs to provide you, the client, with clarity of the roofing details being proposed. 

Prepare a complete written proposal with the detailed scope of work and any misc. project notes. 

Delivery Of Proposal

Proposals delivered to client in preferred method of client, all completed within 48 hours after initial site walkthrough. 

 

  • A sit down meeting to discuss and review proposal, which is brought to you in a neatly prepared and easy to navigate 3-ring binder. 

  • A neatly prepared and easy to navigate 3-ring binder dropped off at your office for you to review at your convenience. 

  • Emailed to you in a pdf format. 

Follow Up

The client chooses whether or not to be followed up with and chooses the frequencies and methods of follow up.

Contract Signing & Scheduling

  • Discuss and achieve agreement on payment terms, sign contract, process down payment, and be entered into the project production schedule. 

  • Obtain and post building permits. 

Project Performance

  1. Safety set-up and project staging. 

  2. Proper communication is maintained and progress reports along with photos are submitted via email at the end of every week. 

  3. Impeccable clean-up and safety tear-down. 

Final Close-Out Inspections & Documentation Delivery

  • Final inspection and walkthrough with client. (walkthrough only if client desires) 

  • Deliver via email; project completion photos. 

  • Deliver warranty documents (paper or emailed). 

  • Process invoices and submittals for final payment. 

  • QR code (or link via email) is given to customer to submit a 5-Star Google review.
